The Afterlife - Zibibbo and Vermentino

Pretty excited to share this one.  This is our latest release in the Afterlife series - a series which gives new purpose to grape skins, a by product of the wine making industry. This beer rested for 3 months on Zibibbo and Vermentino pomace from our good friends at Aristotelis Ke Anthoula.

This beer showcases the juicy and ripe characteristics of these grape varieties. Passion fruit and pineapple aromas ride along side light funk and a subtle acidity.

Total ageing time of 23 months
Bottle conditioned for 5 months
