The Afterlife - Pinot and Fiano

Aged saison was given 6 months rest time on Fiano and Pinot Noir pressings from Aristotelis Ke Anthoula, and returned to oak for a further 10 months.

This delightful beer has a light tartness and funk on the front end, a subtle mid palette of bright wine and oak character with a clean and fruity finish that smacks of red berries, cherry and plum.
