Three years in the making, this brew went through an intense process to become what it is today. Worth every bit of the grind.

A combination of Van, Bing and Chelan cherries rested on aged saison dating back to 2021. This blend shows the complexity and depth of character that can be achieved with cherries.

Mild funk and moderate acidity from the older barrels combined with the 2023 harvest gives a beautifully fresh forward cherry aroma, and finishes with layers of baked dark stone fruit.
