Gentle Hands

A mixture of our ‘escarpment’ foraged yeast and bacteria, and those naturally occurring on the skins of organic nectarines courtesy of ‘Produce from Orange’. A sour beer with strong nectarine upfront and a dry finish with hints of citrus and grapefruit.
