Brett Saison

A single barrel release of a full body Belgium saison, in flow with two strains of Brettanomyces. This ale is a beautiful balance of yeast derived earthy spice, and tropical aroma from the Brett. Slightly tart to the finish with light vanilla oak notes, this is a beer for all seasons.

Total ageing time 14 months in French Oak
