A Short Walk

We aged a Saison in French oak barrels for 8 months, then re-fermented on our house-mixed culture combined with fresh nectarines from a local orchard. Each nectarine was hand processed to ensure maximum ripeness before adding to the tank. The beer aged on the nectarines for an additional 5 months before returning to barrel for 6 months to round out.

Tart and bright. This one throws tropical notes of feijoa and lime. Refreshing mid palate of stone fruit meets a lingering light funky spritz and light oak.
